## The honest read

Vinasa Cleaning Services, LLC describes itself on its BBB profile as a residential cleaning company, and the BBB gives it an A+ grade.

On Google, a recent customer with a last-minute move-out apartment clean wrote that Vicki was professional. A 2025 customer said Santiago and his team took 2-3 hours to restore a room for moving out, and that the customer received no charges from the landlord. That 2025 customer also said Santiago worked around the moving company's timing.

A 2025 customer wrote that a daughter's college house was in rough shape when the girls moved in; the company came out the same day for an estimate and did a deep clean the next day.

In a 2023 review, a customer who had used Vinasa for regular housecleaning and moving-related cleaning for 10 years said that after the customer's husband died unexpectedly, Vicky found time to clean the house thoroughly even though they were booked solid, and then refused to take any money. A 2023 customer said Vickie and Louie cleaned and organized every surface and brought their own supplies. A 2023 customer said the company came to clean every week.

On price, a 2023 customer who had used Vinasa for almost two years said it was not the cheapest. A 2023 customer who found the company while searching for house cleaning in West Haven called its pricing very reasonable.

**Strengths:**
- A move-out clean — a 2025 customer said no landlord charges followed
- A same-day estimate — a 2025 customer got a deep clean the next day
- Their own supplies — a 2023 customer said Vickie and Louie brought them

**Concerns:**
- Not the cheapest — a 2023 customer said so about Vinasa
