Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Ceilings are a big part of what Vision Drywall gets called for: a hole left by a plumbing repair, a crack, a popcorn texture, a ceiling soaked by an overflowing AC tank. On its HomeAdvisor profile the company describes itself as a family-owned business serving Fairfield and New Haven County, and says Ronei Dos Santos has been in the construction and drywall industry for over 20 years. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active. Angi shows 4.9 stars from 34 ratings, Thumbtack 5.0 from 13, and Google 4.3 from 6. In an April 2026 Angi review, a customer who called themselves very picky said Ronei came for an estimate the same afternoon, then removed the wallpaper, put two skim coats on the wall, primed and painted. A January 2026 Angi customer had a dining room redone and asked him to stay on for the painting as well. The older accounts are dated 2023 to 2025. A February 2025 Google reviewer described a bedroom with a tiny closet that Ronei expanded, and a living room with high cathedral ceilings. In an August 2023 Thumbtack review, a repeat customer left town while he removed an old popcorn ceiling, prepped and painted it, and painted the room and trim. A July 2024 Thumbtack customer wrote that the crew started the same morning the estimate was given. One December 2024 Angi review is mixed: the customer said the sheetrock work was good, but that the crew knocked out the electric in 3 rooms they did. **Strengths:** - Ceiling repairs — patches, cracks and water damage described in reviews - Fast estimates — customers describe same-day estimates and quick starts **Concerns:** - Electrical damage — a 2024 Angi customer said power was knocked out in 3 rooms ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Connecticut home improvement contractor registration HIC.0668431 is active _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0668431 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: VISION DRYWALL LLC” - Describes itself on HomeAdvisor as family-owned, serving Fairfield and New Haven County, with Ronei Dos Santos in the construction and drywall industry for over 20 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.RoneiDosSantosDrywall.37624369.html) — “About (HomeAdvisor, self-described): Vision Drywall, LLC is a family-owned and operated business serving Fairfield and New Haven County, CT.…” - 4.9 stars from 34 Angi ratings, 5.0 from 13 on Thumbtack and 4.3 from 6 on Google _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Vision%20Drywall%2C%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJK5NusJNPKwARSe8Zs1MyL6U) — “Google: 4.3★ from 6 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/milford/drywall-repair/vision-drywall-llc/service/477238174706106384) — “Thumbtack: 5.0★ from 13 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/milford/vision-drywall-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 4.9★ from 34 ratings” - Ceiling drywall repairs, including patches, cracks and water damage _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJTE84Sy00cWFTTjJ3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa52f3253b319ef49!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEILO8K-4qaSN2wE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Ronei did an excellent job on our ceiling repairs.
