## The honest read

W J Dornfeld Co describes itself on its website as a Connecticut HVAC company that has provided air conditioning and heating services to businesses and families throughout the state since 1967.

A 2023 customer who called for a quote on a new furnace wrote that they were told the company doesn't do residential work.

**Concerns:**
- Residential furnace quote — a 2023 customer was told no residential work

**Where sources disagree:**
- The company's website says it serves businesses and families, while a 2023 customer wrote they were told it doesn't do residential work.
