Wachusett Plumbing Services is a plumbing business, and a recent Google customer who had just bought a home said Dennis came right out, flushed the water heater tank and replaced the rod, then came back to help fix plumbing issues in both showers. In a 2026 Google review, a customer who had been quoted $5,500 for a full water heating system replacement said Dennis found the water heater was not programmed to be a priority, changed the setting and charged only for a basic service call.

A recent Google customer says Dennis came out quickly to fix an issue at the Snack Shack at Rutland Little League. A property management company says on Google that it has had him handle multiple jobs. A recent Google reviewer says Dennis has done multiple projects for them, from small repairs to complete bathroom reconfigurations and plumbing upgrades.

In a 2023 Angi review, a customer said Dennis replaced their leaking electric water heater the next day, finished in just over 2 hours and took the old one away. A 2023 HomeAdvisor customer said other companies had told them to replace their water heater, but Dennis ordered replacement parts the same day and fixed it. In a 2019 Angi review, a customer said Dennis installed a water pressure pump and a gas on-demand hot water heater.

A 2025 HomeAdvisor customer who paid $2,000 for a 60-gallon gas water heater wrote that after three months the temperature dropped to tepid after one and a half showers; the plumber raised the heater's temperature setting, which did not change the amount of hot water, and that 2025 customer said their calls were then ignored. A 3-star 2025 HomeAdvisor review said a 40-gallon water heater was replaced with a 50-gallon model that produced less hot water, and that he asked a few questions and then stopped responding.
