## The honest read

Walsh Co works on oil heating systems and oil tanks out of Fitzwilliam. A recent Angi customer said the job started about 10am and was done by 4pm: they pumped out the remaining oil in a leaking Granby tank, cut and removed the old tank, installed a new Roth 1000L tank, ran a new fill and vent line and pumped the oil back in. A recent Google customer had a double wall tank installed and said the owner's son worked through the job on a fractured foot.

On Angi, the company describes itself as a family-owned heating company focused on oil-fired heating systems, and its website says it has been in business 35 years. Its website lists oil tank installation and removal, oil burner cleaning, furnaces and boilers, duct and dryer vent cleaning, electrical hot water heater installation, and welding and metal repair. The stated service area runs from Fitzwilliam, Keene and Peterborough to Nashua and Manchester, and also names Leominster and Framingham. It shows 5 stars from 9 Google ratings and 5.0 stars from 15 Angi ratings.

A 2026 customer said Walsh Co made emergency repairs to an old broken boiler on New Years Day, later bid on a replacement against 3 other bids, and installed the new boiler in one day, staying late into the night. That 2026 customer said they came back to repair a pipe that burst as the pipes defrosted. A 2026 Angi customer wrote that Brady and Casey came a long distance when local companies could not or would not. A 2025 customer said they came out the same day for a grandmother's oil furnace and had it running within the hour. A 2025 customer said they removed a leaking oil tank and installed a new double walled Granby tank, explaining in detail what was being installed and why. A 2025 Angi customer said they diagnosed a zone issue with a forced radiant heat system and came up with a cost effective solution.

**Strengths:**
- A one-day tank swap — a recent customer said the job ran 10am to 4pm
- A one-day boiler install — a 2026 customer said they stayed late to finish
- A same-day furnace call — a 2025 customer said it ran again within the hour
