## The honest read

Mowing, garden beds and seasonal cleanup bring customers to Warkoski Home Services in New Britain. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 30 ratings, and customers writing from 2021 to 2026 repeatedly praise communication and dependable yard care. There is also a specific complaint about siding damage and the response to it.

In March 2026, a customer who had previously been pleased with Jewol’s mowing and completion photos said a fall cleanup damaged the home’s siding. They alleged that requests for a refund to cover the damage were met with excuses and refusal, and said they were unlikely to rebook. The account distinguishes their earlier positive mowing experience from the later cleanup dispute.

Older customer stories describe the hands-on work. In August 2025, a reviewer praised reliable lawn care that included trimming bushes and clearing branches without being asked. A July 2022 customer described cleanup, mulch and trimming in a large garden bed; a June 2022 homeowner reported arborvitae planting, tree and bush trimming, dead-shrub removal, and bark mulch around the yard and gardens. Another October 2022 customer appreciated the time taken to select shrubs and trees together.

A November 2021 customer said Jewol stepped in after a previous landscaper stopped responding, kept them informed, explained billing clearly, cleaned gutters and built a new garden bed as part of a fall cleanup. In March 2022, a homeowner praised the team’s punctual snow removal through their first season using the service. Several older customers described recurring lawn visits and favorable prices, including a November 2022 customer who praised both the season’s mowing and Jewol’s regular communication.

**Strengths:**
- Recurring lawn care — November 2022 customer praised mowing and regular communication
- Garden improvements — 2022 customers described planting, trimming and mulching
- Clear billing updates — November 2021 customer praised communication during cleanup

**Concerns:**
- Cleanup damage dispute — March 2026 customer alleges siding damage and denied reimbursement
