## The honest read

Water Wise Lawn Solutions puts in, repairs and services lawn sprinkler systems, and it also cares for lawns. The company lists a service area that includes Fairfield, Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk, Westport and New Haven, and it says it offers free estimates.

One customer had a very old do-it-yourself system from a previous owner looked at and brought back to working order. That customer said Manny saved the old controller box and a few sprinkler heads, and the team ran lines for five zones with hand tools, cutting the lawn into little sod squares. When the customer's well pulled debris into the sprinkler heads, Manny got out to the house within 48 hours, fixed the issues and showed how to clear it next time, at no extra cost.

A new sprinkler install for one homeowner ended hours spent watering new trees and a brown lawn. For one large yard, Manny and his guys designed and put in a sprinkler system covering the yard and the pool area. An inground irrigation system was completely repaired and overhauled for what that customer called a very reasonable price.

The work goes beyond sprinklers. Manuel has serviced one customer's lawn for 3-4 seasons, and that customer said he is always on time. A 2026 customer said the company waterproofed their basement and did landscaping work, and that they had not had any water issues since.

**Strengths:**
- Old system revival — Manny saved an old controller box and sprinkler heads
- Five-zone line work — a customer said lines were run with hand tools
- Quick return visit — Manny came back within 48 hours over well debris
- A large-yard design — a sprinkler system covering the yard and pool area
