A 2020 customer said Pat told them the driveway would be started on a Tuesday and finished on a Wednesday, and work began at 8am Tuesday and ended at 1pm Wednesday. That 2020 customer called the price very fair. A 2021 reviewer wrote that Patrick and his team paved a very long, steep driveway and also fixed the poor drainage that had damaged the old dirt and gravel one. The work goes past driveways. A 2021 customer said Pat fixed a badly leaking foundation in a 90 year old house and followed up after the next rain storms to fix a few new spots. In that 2021 review, the customer said they later had him build an access road to an unreachable part of the yard and do excavating and cement pouring. A 2022 customer said Mr. Waterman removed a stone wall, graded and paved the area behind their house, then installed a two car steel building as a garage.
