It holds a 4.8-star Google rating from 35 ratings and an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau, where it is accredited. A 2024 customer said Mike, Doug and the team replaced the roof, found rot around the skylights during the job, and took an extra day to make the repairs; that customer called the added cost very reasonable. A 2024 customer said the jobsite was cleaned and nail free nightly, and that the daily foreman, Jake, walked the property with them at the end of each work day. A 2024 customer who got quotes from four roofing companies said Rob and Michelle answered their questions within 24 hours and the project was completed on time. A 2025 customer said promised dates were met from the first phone call with Matty Kelly. In a 2024 review, a customer whose carriage house Weathercheck reroofed in 2018 described a ceiling stain from a 2022 roof leak; Weathercheck repaired the roof, but the ceiling issue dragged on for over a year. That same 2024 review later said Mike Mayo apologized, the ceiling was taken care of, and the roof concerns were resolved. A 2022 customer said a representative never got back to them and a promised call from the owner had not come more than three weeks later. A 2021 customer said Weathercheck could not do their reroof and recommended a subcontractor; when that subcontractor fell short, Weathercheck rectified the problem. **Strengths:** - Skylight rot repair — a 2024 customer said it took one extra day - A clean jobsite — a 2024 customer said it was nail free nightly - Quick answers — a 2024 customer said questions were answered within 24 hours **Concerns:** - A slow ceiling fix — a 2024 customer said it dragged on over a year - A missing callback — a 2022 customer's promised owner call had not come ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8-star Google rating from 35 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Weathercheck&query_place_id=ChIJ_ZVrFg364YkRlaxDbePcm8Y) — “Google: 4.8★ from 35 ratings” - A+ Better Business Bureau grade and accredited _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/georges-mills/profile/construction-services/weathercheck-llc-0051-13002580) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/georges-mills/profile/construction-services/weathercheck-llc-0051-13002580) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - The company says its family has done the work for four generations and that it roofs across NH, VT, MA and ME _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.weathercheckroof.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Family-built for four generations.
