A recent customer said they were pleased with the fertilizing service and added flea, tick and mosquito control. A recent customer said Josh came to apply a mosquito and tick application to the yard and told them to wait about an hour before going on the lawn. A recent customer said the company lets them know when it is coming and what it is doing, then confirms that it was done.

A 2025 customer said that after two trees were removed, the company provided soil and aerated and overseeded the lawn. A 2025 customer in Milford said a crew including the owner Greg took care of a fungus problem.

A recent 2-star review said a woman in the office was confrontational when the customer tried to pay for the year and get a discount. A 2025 customer complained about being charged for 2 visits instead of one. A 2024 customer said the company kept trying to upsell services that had not worked.
