## The honest read

A huge stand-up freezer moved down to a basement: a recent customer said the Wells Moving crew handled it and was professional and very efficient. The company holds 4.9 stars from 31 ratings on Google.

A recent customer said Aiden and his team planned and completed a move on two days' notice. A recent customer said Aiden kept them updated through a two-day clean out, with 2 trucks, a trailer and 3 men moving large heavy furniture across 3 levels. A recent customer said the crew removed a cast iron boiler from their basement within half an hour and also took a grill. A recent customer said Aiden and his team were prompt and professional both times they used the junk removal services, and that the price was reasonable. A recent customer said Aiden handled the quoting process and John, CJ and Matt handled the move.

A 2025 reviewer said Aiden Wells, the owner, visited their art studio to give an estimate and sent it that afternoon. That 2025 reviewer said they were charged less than the estimate, and that two young men had the studio emptied in a little more than two hours. A 2025 customer said the final bill matched what Aiden had quoted for moving the contents of their entire house. A 2025 reviewer said they used Aiden and his team to clear out a childhood home, move belongings to Cape Cod, deliver furniture to buyers and deliver a piano. A 2025 reviewer said they used the company several times to move equipment around on job sites.

A 2026 customer said they got a quote quickly and secured a moving day, and then no one came; three hours of calls and texts reached no one. That 2026 customer said a later apology text explained the move had been forgotten and offered to do it later for a reduced fee, and they went with another mover instead.

**Strengths:**
- Short-notice moves — a recent customer said a move came together in two days
- A cast iron boiler — a recent customer said it was out within half an hour
- Junk removal — a recent customer used the service twice at a reasonable price
- Bill matched quote — a 2025 customer said the final bill matched the quote

**Concerns:**
- A missed moving day — a 2026 customer said no one showed up
