## The honest read

A 2022 Google customer, writing about Western Connecticut Restoration, said a backed-up drain had flooded their basement with thousands of gallons of water that destroyed the finished basement floor.

That 2022 customer said that within minutes of calling, on a weekend, they had a call back and someone on the way to assess the damage, and that the very next day equipment was at the house starting the clean up. In 2022, the same customer wrote that a couple of weeks later you wouldn't even know anything ever happened.

**Strengths:**
- Weekend flood response — a 2022 customer got a call back within minutes
