The other is upkeep: seasonal clean-ups through weekly visits covering mowing, pruning, fertilisation, insect control, mulch, irrigation and snow plowing.

The customer record is genuinely thin — three reviews on file, and 4.5 stars from 11 Google ratings. The most recent, from July 2026, describes an irrigation system and hydroseeded lawn installed by a crew that came exactly when they said they would; a 2021 reviewer called them the best landscape company around. Two things to check before signing. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts landscape contractor registration, #169828, that it says expired in August 2017 and that it re-checked as expired in April 2026 — worth asking the company directly what current registration and insurance they carry. And because so few customers have written anything down, ask for references on a job like yours rather than relying on the star count.

They are a sensible call for a substantial Cape Cod landscape, hardscape or pool project where crew size and a long local track record matter. Get the scope, the maintenance schedule and the price in writing.
