On its BBB profile the company describes itself as a residential, commercial and industrial roofer that also handles seamless aluminum gutters, plowing and roof shoveling. A recent Google reviewer called the work fast and efficient and said they would recommend the company. A 2024 Google reviewer recommended the company too and said Kim made the process easy. A 2025 Google reviewer said the roof leaks and there is now interior damage, and that another roofing company they brought in could not believe the shoddy installation. A 2024 Google reviewer said the company switched the power out of their name when the job was actually at a neighbor's house across the street, and that the crew brought a German Shepherd that ran loose in their trailer park. A 2023 Google reviewer said the crew worked quickly and cleaned up, but that a trim piece to match the trim color had still not been replaced over a month later and calls went unreturned. On Google the company holds 3.3 stars from 6 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. In a 2026 Reddit thread, a homeowner comparing roof estimates said the company quoted 24,000 for shingles. **Strengths:** - Fast, efficient work — a recent Google reviewer would recommend the company - An easy process — a 2024 customer said Kim made it easy **Concerns:** - A leaking roof — a 2025 customer reported interior damage after the install - A wrong address — a 2024 customer said their power was switched for a neighbor's job - Unfinished trim — a 2023 customer said a trim piece waited over a month ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Claims more than 40 years of industry experience in roofing, exterior and remodeling work _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://williamsconstructionandroofingme.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Have roofing, exterior, or remodeling work in mind?
