## The honest read

Window Washer Pros says on its own website that it has dedicated over 25 years to window cleaning and uses environmentally safe methods. On Thumbtack it describes offering window, gutter and post-construction cleaning, and its website lists free estimates.

In a 2025 review, Louis and his nephew did a beautiful job on the reviewer's windows, storms and screens. A 2021 review says Lou came out personally to clean gutters and also pointed out some chimney issues to address along the way. In a 2020 review, Louis Foskey came to the home and gave a price, the job was completed, and the men were courteous, careful and friendly.

In a 2017 review, Louis made some key suggestions and then did an excellent job on the windows, and the reviewer credited his work as a key to the home selling in three days. A 2015 review describes a gutter cleaning in which they noted wood rot and that critters had gotten into the eaves, reported it promptly, and came back after a pest company visit to repair the wood rot, on budget. In another 2015 review, Lou and his partner cleaned all the windows and skylights inside and out and offered to fix some broken screens, and a third 2015 review describes porches and the front of a house power washed.

In a 2013 review, the job was washing antique 12/12 windows and storm sashes, and they cleaned up as they went.

**Strengths:**
- Window and skylight cleaning — inside and out, per a 2015 review
- Gutter cleaning — wood rot noted and repaired, per a 2015 review
- Useful suggestions — key suggestions before a 2017 window job
