Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read X-Treme Clean LLC is a house-cleaning company with a 3.8-star Google rating across 41 ratings. A 2023 customer who wanted a deep clean said Lucy called right away to set up a walk-through, then showed up with her crew at the exact time she mentioned. That 2023 customer came home to shiny floors, furniture moved and the fans dusted, with the outdoor windows put off because of the weather. In 2023, a homeowner looking for housekeeping wrote that Lucy did a walk-through and sent a quote later the same day, and that the company now cleans the home on a routine basis. A 2025 customer said the company helped get their late parents' house ready for the market at a reasonable price. A 2024 customer said Lucy arrived only after a week and the house was left with clumps of hair and fur and no dusting done; that 2024 customer said a two-hour visit to correct the issues lasted 45 minutes. A 2022 customer said a move-in deep clean of a 7-bedroom house took 3.5 hours and left filthy cupboards, cobwebs and dusty baseboards, and that Lucy never called back after the customer asked for a return visit or some money back. A 2023 customer said 2 people came for 2 1/2 hours and did only 4 ceiling fans before the company backed out of the job. A 2023 reviewer said the company did not show up to give an arranged quote and did not call. **Strengths:** - A same-day quote — a 2023 customer got a quote after a walk-through - On-time arrival — a 2023 customer said the crew came at the exact time **Concerns:** - Missed cleaning — a 2024 customer found hair, fur and no dusting - Move-in clean — a 2022 customer found cobwebs and dusty baseboards - A missed quote visit — a 2023 reviewer said no one came or called ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 3.8 stars on Google from 41 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=X-Treme%20Clean%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJHZ35McU-ykwRa-U2L8-c5Ss) — “Google: 3.8★ from 41 ratings” - A 2023 customer said Lucy and her crew arrived at the exact time mentioned for a deep clean and left the floors shiny and the fans dusted _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNSb2Y3MlJnEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x2be59ccf2f36e56b!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICRof72Rg%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I contacted Xtreme Clean as I wanted a deep cleaning for my home.
