The company describes itself as family-owned and says it serves Somerset, Swansea, Barrington, East Providence and surrounding areas. When a recent customer's tree split during a storm, Jason gave an estimate and removed the tree the same day. In Barrington RI, a large oak came down on a customer's house during a storm, and Xpert Tree came out at night to remove it. A recent customer said the crew planted 32 arborvitae trees. Jason handled a backyard grading and clearing project for a recent customer. A 2025 customer said the company removed a large oak along with the whole stump and root system, and that Jay leveled the ground with his equipment. A 2023 customer said they made a yard out of a collapsed in-ground pool, cement slabs and a rotted shed behind the house in one day. The business also delivers firewood. A 2023 customer who ordered two cords said the load arrived two hours late, at 9 o'clock at night, held only one cord, and that later messages were ignored. A 2026 customer said a two-cord order came up short once stacked; after pictures went to Jason, a reduced price was agreed.
