In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that Yard Boss had taken over all of their yard maintenance, and that Katey, the maintenance manager, routinely checked in about their preferences, such as hand pruning or hedge trimming, and offered to meet in person to go over details. Another 2025 review followed a job from the quote to the final touches on the yard, saying the crew was punctual and left the property looking immaculate.
