A customer who called about a washer at their father's house said the repair person stayed no more than 20 minutes, said he leveled the machine and "reprprogramed" it, and was paid more than $160. That customer said the washer was making noise as soon as the tech left and never worked; when the company called back that afternoon, the customer was told it needed circuit boards costing upwards of $260.
