That customer said Keith and Jim showed up on time for the estimate and walked the whole property, and that some shrubs were beyond help while most were salvageable. The same 2022 customer said the crew removed every trace of vines, including vines twisted into the lattice-work on the deck, cut regrowth to the ground, reduced and shaped the hedges, cut and raked the grass and removed the debris. That customer said it was all done well within the estimate. In 2024, a customer said Yeti had been working at their 58-unit condominium complex for a number of years and that it did the job at a fair price. **Strengths:** - Within the estimate — a 2022 customer said the cleanup came in well within it - An on-time estimate visit — a 2022 customer said Keith and Jim arrived on time - Condo grounds work — a 2024 customer said Yeti worked their complex for years ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2022 customer described vine removal, hedge shaping, regrowth cut to the ground and grass cut and raked on a quarter-acre property _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUR1eVlhMFZBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xd2f2e364cbc1cd43!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDuyYa0VA%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I can't say enough good things about Yeti.
