## The honest read

On the Cape, You Lean We Clean's calling card is what happens at the end of a job: in a September 2024 review, a customer wrote that Lucy and her helper are punctual, attentive to detail, and send videos when they finish. Another review that same month called the crew easy to reach and flexible, quick to flag anything they turned up in the house and careful about collecting items left behind.

The West Yarmouth company cleans homes and offices alike — routine and deep cleaning, post-construction, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out, and windows. Its Google page stands at 5 stars from 7 ratings, with the written reviews running from 2024 into 2025, and it is listed in the Cape Cod Chamber directory. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles offer free estimates and note that Spanish is spoken.

One thing to pin down before booking: those profiles put the business at 36 years of experience, while a September 2024 reviewer described a woman-owned company 20 years in. Ask how long they have been cleaning on the Cape, and what a deep clean covers compared with a regular visit.

A good fit for a rental turnover or a move-out clean when you cannot be there to walk the place yourself — the 2024 reviews describe a crew that reports back.

**Strengths:**
- End-of-job updates — a 2024 reviewer got videos when the crew finished
- Easy to reach — 2024 reviewers cite flexibility and quick contact
- Rental turnovers — Airbnb and move-out cleans listed on its site
- Perfect Google rating — 5 stars across 7 ratings

**Concerns:**
- Years in business — profiles say 36, a 2024 reviewer said 20

**Where sources disagree:**
- Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles self-report 36 years of experience, while a September 2024 Google reviewer described the business as 20 years old
