Zaman Roofing's website lists roof replacement, roof repair and gutters and downspouts, with a stated service area that includes Berlin, Branford, Guilford and Madison. A recent customer who got six estimates said Zaman Roofing had the best price and finished a 2,836-square-foot roof in a day. A recent reviewer described a single day for an entire colonial roof plus three skylights, with a GAF roofing system installed. A recent customer said that a few years after Zaman replaced their roof, one or two shingles blew off in strong winds, and he came out and fixed it promptly. A 2023 customer said Seweryn and his crew replaced a 25-year-old roof in one day, on a quote 3k less than others. A 2022 customer said Zaman had replaced their roof in 2015 and, when the shingles discolored over time, helped get the manufacturer to replace them at no cost; that roof was redone in one day. In 2018, an Angi customer said Mr Zaman temporarily patched a leaking area without a commitment to the new roof, and had a screen door that was accidentally damaged fixed and reinstalled. **Strengths:** - One-day roof replacement — a recent customer said the roof was completed in one day - A thorough cleanup — a recent customer said all debris and nails were picked up - Discolored shingles replaced — a 2022 customer said the manufacturer replaced them at no cost ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said the roof was completed in one day and all debris and nails were picked up _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pBelFVOTJhMFIyUTNKWVVGTklSVUZ6VkU1UGNsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xdff187d99d9351dd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjAzQU92a0R2Q3JYUFNIRUFzVE5PclE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Zaman Roofing just replaced my roof and gutters and they did a great job.
