Its website names Burlington, South Burlington, Winooski, Colchester, Williston, Shelburne and Charlotte as its service area. A recent customer who hired Zulia to deep clean a house before moving in said the job needed more than one day, so she came back the following day to finish, and called her pricing very reasonable. A customer moving out said every room was clean for the new tenants and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. A 2026 customer said Zulia spent nearly 10 hours on a newly purchased 3-bed, 3-bath home before move-in, including a dirty, greasy oven left by the previous owner. A 2026 customer said Zulia answered an early-morning call and cleaned two full floors of the customer's mother's home ahead of a family gathering, and later shared that she uses Mrs. Meyer's organic products. A 2026 customer said she had been flexible with date changes while cleaning their large Airbnb. In a June 2025 r/burlington thread, a commenter who had a deep clean before moving into a new house highly recommended Zulia, writing, "So nice and so thorough." The company also cleans workplaces. A 2023 customer said Zulia cleaned their office space bi-weekly, and a 2021 customer said Zulia's had been cleaning their 12 exam room medical office for a few months. A 2026 customer paid $500 plus tip for a move-in deep clean of an empty one-bedroom apartment and said the fridge was half wiped, the counters were greasy and the dishwasher filter was not cleaned; she came back to fix some items but did not bring a ladder for the dusty buildouts. A 2025 customer who hired Zulia for a move-out deep clean said one of two toilets was left uncleaned, half the home was not mopped and the refrigerator's exterior paint was scratched, and that the cost rose to $800 partway through after an initial estimate of $550-650. **Strengths:** - A multi-day deep clean — a recent customer said Zulia returned the next day to finish - Move-out cleaning — a recent customer said the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled - Office cleaning — a 2023 customer said Zulia cleaned their office bi-weekly **Concerns:** - Missed cleaning tasks — a 2026 customer said the fridge was half wiped - Price increase midway — a 2025 customer said the cost rose to $800 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it has served businesses and families in Chittenden County, Vermont since 2005 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.zuliascleaningservices.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): We are a dependable residential and commercial cleaning company serving businesses and families in Chittend…” - Lists Burlington, South Burlington, Winooski, Colchester, Williston, Shelburne and Charlotte as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.zuliascleaningservices.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Burlington, South Burlington, Winooski, Colchester, Williston, Shelburne, Charlotte” - A recent move-in customer said Zulia returned the following day to finish a deep clean _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25JMlMwNUZRbGsyZFRsQ2JEWTVSalpXVWtwQ01GRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xac3582e066ffca6f!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnI2S05FQlk2dTlCbDY5RjZWUkpCMFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We hired Zulia to deep clean a house before we moved in.
