Procore counts 42 projects since July 2022, 32 of them currently active, at an average project size of $62.2 million, and the Boston Planning agency records the company as the awarded bidder on the China Trade Center basement waterproofing contract at $599,150. Trade press has listed it as the waterproofing and masonry subcontractor on the 10 Winthrop Square upgrade. Its investor, Alaris Equity Partners, describes the business plainly as providing masonry services to the commercial building industry in Massachusetts. There is very little consumer signal, which is what you would expect of a subcontractor. Google shows 3.1 stars from seven ratings with only two written comments: a one-star from October 2025 complaining that a driver was on the phone with AirPods while driving a truck, and a five-star from July 2024 reading in full "My dad is a great worker" — a family member of an employee, not a customer. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as not accredited and explicitly Not Rated, saying it lacks sufficient information to issue a rating. A homeowner will not hire this company. If you are a facilities manager, general contractor or engineer with a masonry, waterproofing or garage-restoration package in New England, it is an established union outfit with a long institutional client list — confirm the entity and the current management directly, because its public records disagree on both.
