It is one voice, dated March 2025, but it is specific about what matters most on a multifamily job — work that needed fixing after people moved in. If you are an owner or developer weighing NEI for affordable or senior housing, ask for references from buildings two or three years past turnover, and verify the Massachusetts registration against the state rather than a directory. If you are a homeowner looking for a remodeler, this is not that kind of company.
