RISMedia quoted him in a July 2024 piece on New England migration, describing him as a Lamacchia-affiliated REALTOR licensed in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire — a reporter's description rather than something checked against a registry, so confirm it yourself.
The written history is the thing to weigh. Google carries a 5-star average across 11 ratings, but only four people have left text, and those run from 2021 to early 2025 — nothing in the last year and a half. The four that exist are long, specific and describe distinct transactions on both the buy and sell side, which is a credible set, just a small and dated one.
He reads as a good fit for a first purchase where the risk is buying someone else's deferred maintenance. Before signing, ask for recent closings, since his written record largely predates 2023, and verify his Massachusetts licence and current office directly.
