That doesn't make the work worse, but the picture you're reading is mostly a few years old. Worth knowing: a couple of the five-star entries aren't sale accounts at all. One is from a person who went to a Thanksgiving event the team hosted and says they look forward to working with Mike in the future; another praises his 'passion for teaching' from what reads like a professional peer rather than a client. There are plenty of genuine client accounts around them, but it is why the headline count runs generous. If you're buying on the North Shore — a first house especially, or a complicated one — this is a team whose clients keep coming back. Ask which agent will actually run your file day to day, and confirm their Massachusetts real estate licence with the state before you sign.
