RE/MAX 360

RE/MAX 360 is a Peabody-based North Shore brokerage, and its own site names the ground it covers: 22 Essex County towns from Lynn and Peabody up through Beverly, Gloucester, Marblehead, Topsfield and Middleton. It handles single-family homes, condos, multi-family properties, land, rentals and commercial space, and operates as a RE/MAX franchise. The written record is two reviews, and they point in opposite directions. In 2022 a reviewer recommended the firm for its Peabody-resident agents and named a specific listing agent worth calling. In July 2025 another described an exchange with a different agent that left them feeling disrespected, saying they were told to go find something cheaper, and that they intended to report her to the state board. Google's page carries a 3-star average from six ratings, so most of the people who rated it left no explanation at all. That split is the honest read on a brokerage rather than a crew: what you get is the agent, not the sign on the door. Both reviews on file are about individuals, and they describe very different experiences under the same roof. One structural change is worth knowing. Real Estate News reported in May 2024 that RE/MAX Beacon of Salem had grown to four offices by acquiring three RE/MAX 360 offices — so the office network described in that 2022 review is not the network that exists now. Its Peabody chamber of commerce listing is current. If you are buying or selling in the Essex County towns it names, ask for the specific agent who would handle you, look at that person's own recent closings and reviews rather than the brokerage's, and confirm which offices are still theirs.
