Sixty-three written reviews across four years and not one below five stars — the kind of run that invites suspicion until you read them, at which point the specifics pile up: a Plum Island listing, a Lynn colonial one family had owned for 58 years, an Ipswich house found inside two months in a tight market, a sale and a purchase that closed on the same day. True North Realty works out of 22 Woburn Street in Reading and covers the towns north of Boston — Reading, North Reading, Andover, Lynnfield, Woburn, Wakefield — plus a second cluster running south toward Plymouth and the Bridgewaters. Its Massachusetts broker licence is active and registered in the company's own name. This is a team rather than a one-agent shop, and which agent you get matters: Marina Tramontozzi draws the most reviews by a wide margin, with Lori Keefe, Paul Santucci, Kristine Pecora, Michelle Bova and Abdel each named by their own clients. Sellers describe the same sequence often enough that it reads as a house method — price it off a comparative market analysis, prep and stage it, photograph it properly, then run one open house. A North Reading seller writing in June 2026 said every offer came in over asking immediately after that first and only open house. In a January 2026 review, a couple working to a tight deadline had their house photographed, staged, listed and open-housed in a little over a week. A December 2025 seller described Marina bringing in her own turnkey contractor to do the prep work most agents only recommend. The buyer side skews toward first-timers, and the recurring note there is patience: agents who spent a year, in one 2025 account two and a half, without pushing a decision. A client writing in October 2025 ran their entire search from Wisconsin by phone and text and ended up in Rockport. Rentals are part of the mix too — a 2023 owner had their rental marketed with professional photos and a video walk-through, and Boston apartment hunters name Abdel. Two caveats on the numbers. A December 2025 five-star review is written by a real estate professional describing a Medford closing where Marina represented the seller — a transaction counterpart rather than a client. And all of it is Google: 78 ratings, 63 of them with words, and no second platform to check any of it against. For sellers north of Boston who want a house prepared and marketed rather than simply listed, this is a well-documented team. Ask which agent will run your file day to day, and ask what the prep work will cost you.
