Managing your business listing
What a verified owner can do from the Tavlee dashboard: instant edits, change requests, disputes, and inviting co-managers.
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Once your claim is approved, your listing gets a dashboard. Some changes you can make instantly; others go through the review team so the trust signals on your page stay credible. Either way, what changes is recorded in the open.
Edits you can make instantly
From the dashboard you can immediately:
- update your cover photo and profile photo;
- add work photos and choose which one leads;
- set your official business name;
- choose the languages you serve; and
- remove a specialization that doesn’t fit.
Each instant edit takes effect right away, locks that field so Tavlee’s automated data pipeline won’t overwrite it, and is recorded on your listing’s public update timeline.
Changes that need review
Some changes are handled by the review team rather than applied directly — this keeps ratings and verified details honest. You can request to add a specialization, or file a dispute about a rating, a review, your license status, or a BBB detail. Approving a request never fabricates a badge or a rating; it corrects the record based on the evidence.
Add co-managers
If you’re the owner, you can invite co-managers with an invite link. They join once they accept and pass the same review, so more than one trusted person can keep the listing up to date.
Why the public timeline?
Tavlee shows an update timeline so homeowners can see what a verified owner changed and when. That transparency is the point: it’s what lets an owner-edited page stay trustworthy. Haven’t claimed your business yet? Start here.
