From start to finish , the work was done well, and quick. Communication was straight forward, and there was no confusion. I appreciate these guys.

Our project was to replace our 32 year old one piece bath with a new bathtub, solid surface Swanstone walls and all new fixtures. We searched for a long time to find a contractor familiar with Swanstone and actually got a referral from another contractor who knew that Luis had recently completed some bathroom remodels with Swanstone. We contacted Luis and were instantly impressed with his knowledge, experience and communication skills. He listened to our goals and gave us a fair proposal, a reasonable schedule and described in detail how they would execute the job. The demo part of the job was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. The plumbing part of the job was also completed skillfully and the installation of the solid surface walls, which is not an easy task, was completed perfectly and neatly too. As a bonus, the whole job was completed earlier than initially proposed which thrilled us since this was our only full bath! Rosa, who runs the office and keeps everything running smoothly was, like Luis, very personable and communicative keeping us informed and the project on schedule. In summary, we are extremely happy with the whole remodel and it’s no exaggeration to say it exceeded our expectations! We were very impressed with the skills of the contractor and Luis’ management of the project, his communication skills and honesty. We trusted them with our project and they delivered as shown in the before and after photos.

I referred Luis and his team to a real estate client who needed to scrape and paint their historic home and fence prior to listing. He not only met their timeline in a busy summer season to accommodate, but was very reasonably priced, with good communication throughout. Don't underestimate curb appeal before selling! Property went under agreement first weekend of showings, very happy clients. Would recommend, thanks Luis!
