Working with my electrician from across the country while I was still in Hawaii could have been stressful, but he made the entire process seamless. He was professional, responsive, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my new home in Rhode Island was in good hands even before I arrived. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, but he earned that trust through his communication, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing the job right. I can't recommend A & J highly enough. Working with Arthur and Alex was, across the board, a great experience. Arthur walked me through the whole process and updated me as he and Alex did the work. The work itself was exceptional- so good that my realtor now works with him- and Arthur is fair, caring, thoughtful, skilled, and professional. He even helped me with problems outside the scope of the work- like the havoc an ice dam wreaked on my living room ceiling.
