In June 2026 a Google reviewer wrote that five months after the job, areas of their driveway were crumbling and that their mailbox was destroyed and not replaced the next day as promised. George was notified and said he would come by. In an update to the same review, the customer wrote that money was put toward the mailbox, the crew came to repair the affected areas, and they changed the rating back to five stars. In October 2025 a customer who saw the company's work on a neighbor's driveway asked George for a quote, got a quick reply, and had a new driveway put in by a crew that was on time and left the property clean. That reviewer wrote that George is fourth generation in the trade. Two days earlier, another October 2025 customer wrote that George gave them an estimate, offered a next-day slot after a cancellation, and that his team put in a new driveway and a paver walkway in a full day of work. AAA Pro ChimneyCares is based in Cromwell, Connecticut, and has 5 stars from 3 Google ratings.
My initial rating was a five but after just 5 months, there are areas that are crumbling on the driveway. Our mailbox was destroyed and we were told it would be replaced the next day and it wasn’t. I could have followed up but feel I shouldn’t have to when told they would replace the damaged mailbox. George has been notified of the areas in the driveway and said he will be by. I am cautiously optimistic he will follow through but my confidence in people’s integrity is not very high. Things happen but it’s the service recovery that makes or breaks an experience. I will be happy to change my review if service recovery dictates. Update: I’m changing my review back to a five; money was put toward mailbox replacement and the crew came today to repair affected areas. Things happen but AAA stands by their work and makes it right.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. George is a true professional—honest, straightforward, and someone you can truly do business with on a handshake. He’s fourth generation in this trade, and it absolutely shows in the quality of his work and the pride he takes in it. I first reached out for a quote after seeing the beautiful job they did on my neighbor’s driveway. George got back to me quickly and was able to accommodate us right away. The crew was on time, respectful, and left everything looking immaculate. The new driveway looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth, fair, and stress-free. I would recommend George and his team to anyone looking for top-notch asphalt work.
George provide an excellent estimate and was able to give me a slot next day due to cancellation. After a full day of work with his terrific team a new driveway and paver walkway came to life. Meticulous, professional and very personable. Highly recommend!!
