Dependable and knowledgeable
AAA Pump / Faye Electric has truly outstanding customer service. The office staff are amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They take the time to answer questions thoroughly and are incredibly knowledgeable about all types of pumps. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
Dropped an electronic motor off for repair on a Thursday was told they would look at it next Wednesday. Next Wednesday came and went no call. I waited. Friday came I called them was told they were busy and I should not have been told they would look at it that soon. Should be sometime next week. OK I waited again no call. I called them the following Friday. Was told they would look at it later that day or Monday. Monday came and went no call again. I picked it up Tuesday morning and moved on. I suspect they did not want to work on this particular type of motor and had I been informed I would not have dropped it off. Alternatively had I been informed the first or second time I called I would have just picked it up and moved on. Simple communication goes a long ways. Thanks for the experience. To start, employees were prompt, professional and fixed the problem quickly. No problems with the two people who arrived at our house. The problem came when we were charged 3 hours of labor, for the job being completed in 1 hour because two people were present and they had to charge for travel time. For reference, we live a town over from their main address. Will never return to this company again, beware of shady billing.
I’ve worked with AAA Pump since they opened over 30 years ago and in many different capacities over the years. Now as a business owner, I continue to turn to them for all of my pump needs. Their service is outstanding, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always go above and beyond. Truly a dependable company I can trust. Highly recommend them! Dan
