Action Plumbing LLC

i was dealing with some water backing up in my basement. camden arrived at my place in cranston really fast and used a camera to check out the drains and pipes. he explained everything he was doing and even showed me what he found on the camera. i also had a clogged sink, and he took care of that right away. my sister has called these plumbers a few times before and always had a good experience. this was my first time using them, and i would definitely recommend them for any plumbing jobs. i really appreciated how knowledgeable and professional camden was.

i called action plumbing llc early in the morning because our water heater was leaking in cranston. Zachary got in touch with us later in the day and said he'd be over in about thirty minutes, and he showed up right on time. After checking out our old water heater, he gave us a clear price quote for the new heater, delivery, installation, and taking away the old one. the price was exactly what we expected, no surprises. Zachary told us the installation would take about an hour and a half, and he finished right on schedule. he even took the time to explain how to drain and flush the water heater so it stays in good shape. before the night was over, we already had hot water again and everything was working great.

I needed a licensed plumber to install a new water heater at my home in Cranston. After choosing a Rheem model, I found a local licensed contractor to handle the job. Roger was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Camden was the plumber who came out for the installation—he arrived right on time, worked carefully, and did a great job. I needed a special power vent model, which made the price a bit higher, but the quality of work and professionalism made it worth it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

zachary fixed my outdoor hose faucet that had been leaking for a while. we had tried lots of different faucet handles but nothing seemed to help because the threads were stripped. zachary explained everything clearly and used his plumbing skills to put in a brand new valve, stem, and all the parts needed to get the faucet working like new. he also took care of my kitchen faucet, which was leaking too, and made sure to tighten the handles and the main nozzle so everything was sturdy and didn’t drip anymore. he was very professional, always answered my calls, and showed up right on time. i definitely recommend this plumber in cranston for anyone who needs help with their plumbing.

action plumbing llc came out to my home to give me an estimate and a second opinion on some plumbing work. zachary was the plumber who helped me, and he was very professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. he took the time to explain why the service recommended by another company wasn’t needed and said there was no need for any extra testing for my situation. the visit was free, and he ended up saving me from paying for a $600 job i didn’t even need. i’m really happy with how honest and straightforward the service was, and i highly recommend them. zachary also checked another area of my house i was concerned about and reassured me that no work was needed there. there was no pressure to get unnecessary work done, which i appreciated. excellent experience!
