Jay did a wonderful job on my house and roof cleaning. It came out much cleaner than I could have ever thought it would. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. He did a very thorough and professional job. I totally recommend!

I hired Jay to soft wash my house and roof. While the house and roof cleaning itself appeared satisfactory, the experience afterward was very disappointing. Following the cleaning, several of my shrubs, a maple tree, and a sign were damaged. Jay came out a few times to inspect the damage, but ultimately refused to accept responsibility. His position was that the plants would recover by the fall or next year and that I should simply wait and see what happens. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the shrubs were healthy and just beginning to leaf out before the cleaning. Within days to a week afterward, many of them dried up and appeared dead or severely stressed. Jay claimed that he thoroughly pre-wet and rinsed all landscaping before and after the cleaning, but based on the widespread damage throughout my landscape, I have difficulty believing enough precautions were taken. To his credit, he did agree to replace six small plants around a lamp post that never recovered. However, I was left to replace other damaged plantings at my own expense and continue hoping that the remaining shrubs and trees eventually recover. Another concern is that something happened to all of my security cameras during the cleaning process, leaving me unable to review what occurred that day. As a result, I have no way of confirming exactly what happened. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of communication. After the issues arose, phone calls and text messages often went unanswered. I understand that mistakes/problems can happen in any business. What matters is how those mistakes/problems are handled. In this case, I felt that responsibility was shifted away, communication became poor, and we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution that both parties could accept. This situation has dragged on for a couple months. While the six perennials around the lamp post were eventually replaced, I am still dealing with the effects of the damage elsewhere on my property. I am posting this review so that others can make an informed decision. Jay presents himself professionally, arriving with what appears to be high-end equipment and a well-maintained truck. Unfortunately, my experience after the work was completed did not reflect that same level of professionalism. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unresolved landscaping damage left me very disappointed. Response to Jay Wilson Your public response contains several false accusations. You accused me of being under the influence of drugs, padding an insurance estimate, attempting insurance fraud, trying to obtain free landscaping and a free house wash, and you called me a thief and a fraud. I categorically deny those allegations. Rather than addressing my concerns, your response attacked my character. My position has never changed. My concern has always been the condition of my shrubs and maple tree after your service. Before the work, they were healthy and beginning to leaf out. Shortly afterward, they exhibited significant burn damage and decline. You also stated that an arborist evaluated the property. No one identifying themselves as an arborist ever met with me, and I had to contact the individual you referenced myself. I also pointed out that the photos you relied upon were dated after the work was completed, despite being presented as "before" photos. I never accused you of intentionally disabling my surveillance cameras. I stated only that they went offline shortly after your work began and came back online later that evening, and that the pressure washing may have caused the interruption. I was never pursuing an insurance claim. I simply wanted an honest conversation and a reasonable resolution. Instead, communication stopped. I replaced damaged shrubs at my own expense and may have to replace more next spring. This has never been about getting something for free. It has always been about accountability, standing behind your work, and treating customers with honesty and respect. I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my experience.

What a fantastic job and the service was above and beyond! Jay stopped by as he was in the area near the end of the day and provided moss removal cleaning on our roof and clean the whole house same day. Super fast and the result looks like a brand new house! He also provided some tips on moss prevention/minimization which we found very helpful. Thank you so much for a job exceedingly well done!

10/5 stars! Our property looks completely transformed after our power washing. The house, stone patio, and even the stone pillars at the entrance of our long driveway were cleaned, and everything looks absolutely spectacular. Our property is surrounded by pine and oak trees, so we deal with a lot of moss and buildup. Jay also treated our roof, and the difference is incredible—it honestly looks like a brand-new property. Jay was professional, thorough, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to refresh the look of their home!

We live in a wooded area among the pines. Our house is white and gets a great deal of pollen, dirt and moss. Jay power washed and It Looks Brand New!! Honestly he did an Amazing Job. He is kind, professional and reasonably priced. 5 Star Review, Highly Recommend!
