recently hired this company to replace my roof, repair extensive rotted decking, install gutters, and put in a central air-conditioning system. From the initial estimate through project completion the team — led by Mike — demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and strong craftsmanship. Mike provided a thorough assessment, explained repair options and costs , and recommended premium solutions (including black gutters) that significantly improved the home’s curb appeal. The crew carefully removed and replaced all rotted wood, installed the new roofing system to manufacturer specifications, and coordinated the HVAC installation with minimal disruption. Work was completed on schedule, the site was kept clean and safe throughout, and the crew took time to address my questions and inspect the finished work with me. The black gutters look excellent and complement the new roof-overall the house looks refreshed and structurally sound. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness, quality of work, and professionalism shown by Mike and his team. I confidently recommend this company to anyone needing roofing, gutter, or HVAC work. APS is the absolute best! We are beyond thrilled with how beautiful our bathroom remodel turned out. Michael and his team were great to work with from start to finish. They helped us plan a revised layout for our bathroom, learned our preferences, and made recommendations based on their expertise and what they knew we wanted to achieve. Michael was always a text or a call away for help as we finalized choices like countertops and delt with suppliers that weren’t nearly as helpful. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest, and we truly trusted his guidance. Michael and team were true professionals – responsive, proactively communicated on a daily basis, clean, and just nice people to have in your home. Michael’s attention to detail exceeded my expectations at every turn. There were no corners cut and no detail too small – including creating a heated shower bench and building a custom shower niche to get the desired look I was going for and fit my tall shampoo bottles! Michael also left a template for the shower glass installation to ensure it was done perfectly. This turned out to be invaluable, saving us from damaging our heated bench and floors. When I talk to other people about projects going wrong during their home renovations and the lack of commitment and care from their contractors, I’m reminded of just how unique APS’s level of service truly is. To top it off, their pricing is fair and reasonable – other quotes for the job were double the cost!
