Advantage Contracting, LLC.

We can not imagine having had a better condo renovation experience than we had with Jarrett and Advantage Contracting. Jarrett is top-notch at what he does; he’s creative, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and an expert craftsman. He transformed our broken-down townhouse to a richly detailed palace beyond our initial imaginings. But what really sets Jarrett apart from the rest is how he deals with the numerous and inevitable snafus that pop up during a renovation project. Jarrett is kind, compassionate, and superbly competent. Even on those days when the untold issues seemed to be insurmountable, Jarrett would walk in with a smile on his face, take a thoughtful pause, musing ‘give me a minute to think on this’, and then serenely solve the issue. He likes to say that his superpower is being calm; we’d add that to a longer list of superlatives that have left us so grateful to have found him. You will be as well.

Jarrett was excellent to work with. He kept the project on time and on budget despite some surprises along the way which he managed expertly. He works through any and every problem that occurs on a job and finds a creative solution. He has access to terrific sub-contractors who did excellent work and he managed all the sequencing brilliantly. I would highly recommend Jarrett.

Jarrett, Bob, and especially Owen demonstrated exceptional skill in constructing our dream addition. Throughout the entire process, from beginning to end, everything flowed smoothly, and the outcome surpassed our expectations. Their meticulous attention to detail and design proficiency, combined with the team's professionalism, truly made the experience outstanding. The exquisite custom touches they added brought a remarkable brilliance to our home. I enthusiastically endorse the entire Advantage Contracting team for their remarkable work on our addition. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic experience!

I highly recommend trusting Advantage Contracting, Jarritt Kravitz, to anyone seeking high quality remodeling, new construction or commercial build outs! Jarritt came highly recommended and was able to pull off a very quick renovation for my new restaurant in Mystic! You can trust him to make the best decisions and to use the best sub contractors. He took all of the stress off of my shoulders and made sure everything was done on time. He even built a set of custom shelves that I had not even thought of doing! We get compliments on them daily! I have seen his work on homes throughout the state and he is definitely one of the best contractors out there. If you can get him to handle your next project you will be beyond lucky!!
