Advent Moving Services is a family-owned company in New Hampshire's Lakes Region that packs, loads, unloads, breaks down and sets up furniture, and offers moving consultations; its site says the team has over 15 years of professional moving experience. Several reviewers describe moves that were awkward before the truck ever arrived. A May 2026 customer moved into an old house full of tight doorways and hallways, said the quote was right on the money, and had the job done on time or sooner. Earlier that month another described Ty's crew shifting enough furniture to make a three-floor house livable on a single floor, with a difficult stairwell to navigate. In September 2025, a customer facing three flights of stairs at the new place said the crew was polite and efficient and made sure every item landed where they wanted it. Ty's name recurs across reviews from 2024 into 2026, sometimes with Chris, Lars or Corey. The work is not all local: in a January 2026 review, a customer moving the contents of a two-bedroom condo from New Hampshire to Florida after her husband's sudden death named Alicia on the phone as her first contact, and another January 2026 customer who drove his own load down I-95 to Florida said it arrived intact, just the way it had been loaded. Several reviewers volunteer what the move cost them. An August 2025 customer called the pricing fair and the work worth every penny, and an April 2025 reviewer moving furniture from Massachusetts up to New Hampshire called the rates very reasonable. For an older house with narrow stairs, or a household going out of state, this is the kind of crew that work calls for. Ask who is leading your crew and how the hourly rate and travel time are figured, and check the DOT number against the federal motor carrier register before moving day.
