They showed up at the time they scheduled to service our commercial kitchen and were very polite and professional. They prepped the area they were cleaning, disassembled the hood vent assembly and degreased it in their work truck. They re-installed everything correctly, and it looks like new! Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

I've used this company the first time, it seemed okay. It was two young gentlemen a while ago so I don't remember their names. I needed my dryer vent cleaned again. This time Vince showed up to do the job. He went above and beyond for me from the get go. He realized my dryer vent on the inside wasn't opening at all, and the vent to my dryer always popped off, I had to duct tape it for quite a while. To my surprise Vince asked me where my attic was so he could find out why the vent wasn't opening. It was hot and humid, he proceeded to go up in the attic which goes across 2 bedroom closets through the roof and it the back on the second floor with paper scrubs on.Turns out the first vent was NEVER attached! Nobody has EVER been in there before since it was built. He came out covered in lint, and dust so badly we both were vaccuuming it up everywhere! Now the dryer vent is still on snug, and my clothes aren't as hot when they're done drying. I really appreciated the pride he took in his job and how he made sure everything was done properly this time for me and assured me that he had my back. Very polite and friendly. Cost was reasonable for these days. Preventing a fire is priceless.

This is a great company to do business with. They are reliable, easy to work with, and more affordable than any other estimates I received. They cleaned my home's HVAC ducts, and I also ended up hiring them to deep clean my fabric headboard, mattress, and sofa. All services were done perfectly.

This was the THIRD time I’ve used this company - twice for my dryer vent and once for cleaning and polishing my wood floors throughout my first floor. Just had them out today. Calib was GREAT! Very professional - explained the process - showed me before and after pics of my dryer vent. The office even called to let me know he was running late.
