In an October 2009 review, a customer said he came at 6:15 in the morning, before another job, so they could have their drain back. A December 2009 reviewer said he called instantly after the request went in and the whole job was finished within several hours, thorough and reasonably priced. The work described is everyday plumbing, and varied. A June 2010 customer had a gas pipe removed and three new water faucets installed, at a price they said beat another company's quote. A January 2010 reviewer had him chase down a fault in a gas log stove, and a November 2009 customer had a gas fireplace repaired after an immediate appointment and an early arrival. Two accounts run the other way. In April 2010, an Angi reviewer wrote that the job was not finished: on the morning he was due to install the mounting for a pedestal sink, he called and said in no uncertain terms that he would not do it, after saying on many occasions that he would. In March 2010, a four-star reviewer said the price wasn't totally clear — one total figure rather than a breakdown by the hour. Start with the licence. The praise on file, all of it from 2009 and 2010, lands on speed, fair prices and clean work — for a small repair those are the right qualities, but confirm the licence is current before anyone touches the plumbing, and ask for the estimate broken down into parts and labor rather than a single number.
