Alex's irrigation co. is truly a gem of the south shore of Boston. They hit on all points you could possibly ask for in an irrigation co. When I called and texted, they answer promptly. Their expertise is exceptional - they have leadership who worked at Hunter for 40+ years, they know the latest tech, they conduct themselves (Alex and his team members) with utmost respect, positivity and professionalism. I met them when we needed to close our system last year. No issues, no questions, easy and affordable. This year, we had issues again with our lawn. After using a competitor for many years, I was asking Alex, why is my grass always dying in parts. He told me that some heads needed to be replaced, zone coverage was not close to ideal, and he gave me ideas, instead of simply 'closing' and 'opening' or wanting to create a new system from the ground up. He suggested we move some heads (out of mulch beds and into grass edges), he suggested new zones to ensure proper head-to-head coverage. He was at the house 5 days after the estimate, completed a large job in one day, and included 'checking' our heads/valves and system for any possible needs. At every turn, Alex was helpful and responsive. They stand by their work, I had to have Alex return to check on something and I called on the weekend, and he was there by 12 noon (he himself the owner) at my house to check on an issue I thought I was having. I had a ground wire - unrelated to the new changes he made, and he helped me fix it. I can't recommend him more highly. Small company, family oriented, absolutely delightful staff.

Julio was prompt, friendly, professional, and mostly importantly, extremely capable. He was able to troubleshoot my sprinkler system and find multiple problems and make the necessary repairs. Julio even took the time to help me reprogram my sprinkler system with the optimal settings. I am thrilled with the level of service I received.
