One homeowner, two jobs, and a floor left clean — that is the whole written history behind All Pro Concrete Cutting, and it is worth reading closely. In a February 2022 Google review, a customer said they had used the company a couple of times: once to cut a door opening into their garage, and again to open up a basement window so a room could be brought up to code. What stayed with them was the cleanup. Cutting concrete makes a mess, they wrote, and the crew cleaned up really well. That is sawing openings into existing concrete — doors, egress and basement windows, the kind of retrofit a homeowner needs before a finished room can pass inspection. Google's listing carries a 5★ average with zero ratings behind it, so the star itself says nothing; the 2022 comment is the only account anyone can actually read. The thin, four-year-old written history is the real thing to weigh here. It is positive and it is specific, which counts for something, but it describes work done in 2022 and nothing since. Ask for recent local references for the exact cut you need, confirm who is responsible for the structural side of a door or egress opening, and settle price and cleanup in writing before booking.
I have used them a couple times once for cutting out a door opening on my garage and I then used them to open up my basement window so I can make a room up to code. Cutting concrete can make a mess and they cleaned up really good so that made me a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them.
