One recent customer called All Site Builders about a flier offering a free ice dam inspection and ended up with a new roof: Chris Hrács found storm damage, handled the insurance, and ran a shingle-match test that got the full roof approved. The company describes itself as a GAF Certified Plus and Owens Corning Preferred roofing contractor serving Central & Southern Connecticut since 2005, with roof replacements, repairs and exterior upgrades. Google shows 5 stars from 188 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. After the July 4th storm, a customer said All Site found hail damage, handled the communications with their insurer, and installed a new roof seven weeks later. Spencer walked one property for a full roof, window and siding replacement, and that customer said the insurance payment came through at the right amount the first time. When Chris and Jason inspected a home after leaking showed up, the issue turned out to be limited to siding and gutters, significantly less work than the owners had expected. A customer with roof leaks around the chimney said the crew covered the area to protect the lawn and was done in a day. A homeowner who found All Site through a local Facebook community page said the roof was replaced in a single day, and the attic stayed dry when heavy rain came through the next day. A 2023 customer said Bruce and his crew redid the roof in less than a day, with new flashing, drip edge and underlayment, at a price lower than the other quotes that customer got. In a 2025 review, a customer said two old, leaking skylights were replaced in about 6-7 hours, including setup and cleanup. A customer arranging siding for an elderly client said All Site's quote to re-side her older colonial was thousands less than what other companies were charging. After ice damming, one household said All Site had a crew clearing snow and ice within 24 hours, then replaced the entire siding and gutters. One couple said someone from All Site inspected their roof and told them panels should not go on it in its condition; they got a new roof and solar from the company. A recent customer was happy with the roofing but said a referral check promised at the first consult never arrived, even after contacting the company twice. In a 2025 review, a customer said they never received a response to a quote request despite following up by email, text and phone over two months.
Got a flier offering free ice dam inspections and figured I’d have them take a look. Ended up turning into a brand new roof! Chris Hrács found storm damage and handled the insurance. The first estimate only covered part of the roof, so Chris ran a shingle-match test and got the full roof approved. He also had us get a quote early on for removing and reinstalling our solar panels, and insurance covered that too. Other than the deductible, the roof was fully covered! We added new skylights and Chris made that easy too The crew was fast and the new roof looks great. Highly recommend All Site and Chris
The roofing part was great and the workers were top notch. At the initial consult, I was told if I referred someone else I’d receive a referral check. I did refer a friend. Never received a check even after contacting the company twice. The check doesn’t matter as much as a company keeping its word.
A great local company. Liam, the technician who came to do a check of the roof and provide an estimate was very professional and knew what he’s doing well.
5 stars – Spencer, All Site Builders Spencer made our whole insurance claim process painless. Our project involved a full roof, window, and siding replacement, and he walked the property with a sharp eye for detail, putting together a thorough, accurate estimate that captured everything that actually needed to be addressed — nothing missed, nothing padded. Because his documentation was so solid, our insurance reimbursement came through at the right amount the first time, with no back-and-forth or lowball pushback from the adjuster. It’s clear Spencer knows both the construction side and the insurance side inside and out, and he uses that knowledge to make sure homeowners actually get what they’re entitled to. He was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with from the first estimate through project completion. All Site Builders is lucky to have him, and we’d recommend Spencer to anyone navigating a roof, window, siding, or other insurance-related repair or rebuild.
Our experience with All Site Builders couldn't have been better. Matt and Bruce were extremely helpful with managing our expectations to dealing with our homeowners ins. company. The installers worked extremely hard to remove the old and install the new shingles. And they left our house and yard like you'd never know they were here. Nothing but good things to say about the entire All Site experience.
