All State Waste is a Bridgewater trash and dumpster-hauling company that's been operating for 27 years, according to its Better Business Bureau file, and holds active Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office certifications as both a Woman Business Enterprise and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. The reviews split sharply, and the split isn't a one-off. On one side, a run of 2025 and early-2026 reviews describe reliable, on-time dumpster and pickup service — a repeat commercial customer's driver, Thiago, was singled out for going above and beyond on a pickup, and a February 2026 review called the pricing reasonable and the phone support excellent. In mid-2025 one customer said the company came through with an early pickup during a competitor's strike. On the other side, a recurring set of complaints describes billing problems and unresponsive management: a 2024 review alleged the company falsely billed and forged signatures; a 2022 review described a billing mix-up with a same-named customer that went unresolved after repeated calls; and a January 2026 review described being unable to reach the same named manager after a driver incident, despite calling roughly six times over two days. A November 2025 review said the company had broken a customer's dumpster corral gates five times because drivers wouldn't get out of the truck to open them, and a September 2025 review complained about a residential dumpster being emptied around 4 a.m. An older, 2019 HomeAdvisor review described missed pickups the company still billed for. Notably, the Better Business Bureau page itself shows no customer complaints on file, which sits at odds with the pattern visible on Google and HomeAdvisor. Given how differently customers describe their experiences — smooth for some, contentious for others, particularly around billing and reaching management after something goes wrong — it's worth getting terms in writing and confirming who to contact directly if an issue comes up.
