I had a disappointing experience with Dumpster. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. Communication was poor, and the situation was not handled respectfully or professionally. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service and would encourage others to proceed with caution ⛔️❌

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! The positive reviews here are misleading because they do not reflect my experience. I rented a 30-yard dumpster for $685 on June 22. The receipt they emailed me contained very little information about the rental terms. I called on July 8 to request pickup, then called again on July 10, and once more on July 12. Each time, the receptionist told me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. The dumpster was finally picked up on July 13, and they charged me for all of those additional days—even though I had requested pickup a week earlier. To make matters worse, because the dumpster sat in front of my property for so long, people had the nerve to throw their own trash into it, which was completely beyond my control. I am a single mother, and every dollar matters. Because of this company’s failure to pick up the dumpster when requested, I was charged an additional $210, bringing my total to $895. I find these charges completely unfair and unacceptable. I deeply regret trusting this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Always great service and very reasonsble pricing. We've used Allwaste Management for every home improvement project we've done. I highly recommend this company. Fast delivery with 14 days of use rather than most who only give 7 days.

Rented a dumpster from Allwaste Management and couldn't be happier. Drop-off and pick-up were right on time, pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole process was effortless. Will definitely use them again for my next project!
