I was originally introduced to Almon Electric when they upgraded my home to a 200-amp system and completed the wiring for my mini splits. Their crew was professional, polite, and incredibly respectful of my home—they cleaned up thoroughly, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Months later, a tree fell on my power lines, disconnecting the line from both the utility pole and my house. Thankfully, because of the breakaway system Almon Electric had installed, there was no damage to the house—the PVC came down exactly as it was designed to do. I called Almon Electric early in the morning and spoke with Jake. He responded immediately, asked for photos so he could come prepared, and scheduled a time to come out. During what was a very stressful situation, Jake made my family feel completely at ease. Within a short time, he had secured an emergency line repair permit from the city and coordinated directly with the wire inspector to get everything moving as quickly as possible. Jake kept me updated with his ETA and arrived exactly on time. Not long after completing the repair, the city wire inspector was on site, and before we knew it, National Grid had reconnected our power. They’re even coming back later this month to install a light switch and a wired floodlight for us.
