That is the whole documented history, and nobody has written a word about how any of it went: BuildZoom carries no reviews. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, #CS-105199, and says it found that active in July 2026. That is BuildZoom's own listing, not a check against the state registry. Two permits spread over more than a decade is too little to judge anyone by. If the 2024 Nahant work resembles your project, ask for that homeowner as a reference and confirm the licence number directly with the Department of Public Safety.
