Roof replacement is the job that keeps coming up. One recent customer chose GN over other bidders specifically for the drone-documented, step-by-step photos of the tear-off and install. A condominium association with seven units on a three-story Victorian near the water hired the company for a full siding project this spring, and individual owners liked the result enough to bring GN back for extra work on their own units. Another homeowner, steered to GN by two neighbors who'd already had their vinyl siding done, described the same pattern: quick turnaround and steady communication from the start. Sixteen reviews have landed in the last six months and every one is positive, echoing a track record that runs back to 2020 across more than a hundred reviews and half a dozen sites. Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license is active and verified. The company's own site claims ShingleMaster and Shingle Quality Specialist credentials for its crew, though those aren't independently confirmed elsewhere. Worth noting: its Houzz profile lists the same services but carries no reviews yet, so nearly everything traceable to real customers currently sits on Google. A couple of third-party roofing blogs also ran an identical customer quote word for word, which reads more like reposted marketing copy than a second independent account — not a reason to doubt the underlying work, just something to weigh when reading outside write-ups. For a roof replacement or a full siding job — especially on a multi-unit or older building — GN Exteriors has the specific track record to back up a call. Before booking, get the estimate in writing and confirm the address falls inside the towns it lists as its territory.

GN Exteriors replaced our roof for us. I looked at multiple quotes and ultimately, Manny's knowledge of the job, understanding of materials, honest, and communication was so compelling that I went with GN Exteriors even over other contractors that I'd worked with before or came in lower.<br><br>I was not disappointed. The job was done quickly and with excellence. They communicated well at every stage and even provided the step-by-step drone photos attached so I could understand and approve each decision. When we had small changes to the original scope — e.g. clearing some downspouts, they were very reasonable.<br><br>Great experience with the GN crew. Would recommend without reservation for your roofing job!

After an extensive and detailed search which included interviewing multiple contractors, we selected GN EXTERIORS.<br><br>Given the scope of the work on a three story 19th century Victorian, with seven condominiums, located alongside the Atlantic Ocean, the job was truly challenging.<br><br>GN was extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire project using all of their expertise in doing a superlative job. It doesn’t get any better!<br>All the owners could not be happier with the result.<br><br>Recommended them highly without any reservation.

GN exteriors was excellent to work with. Manny responded very quickly and was very accommodating setting up appointment. His crew was very professional and worked very hard from setup and replacing the roof to cleanup afterwards. They did an excellent job and would highly recommend

GN Exteriors just completed a large siding project for our condominium association - we have a complicated large beach house that contains 7 units. From the very beginning, Manny was incredible. He had very good recommendations and his price was extremely reasonable. The entire process went very smoothly and all of us (7 individual condos in the building) were very happy with the result. Manny was extremely responsive, answering calls and emails very quickly and with good explanations. In fact, several of us had him do some extra work for individual units and people were thrilled with the work and results. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
