Quality Window & Door works out of Weymouth, and its Massachusetts home-improvement contractor license (HIC #158076) is currently active with the state. Reviewers keep circling back to two names, Paul and Paul Jr., who show up job after job doing the estimates and the install work themselves. The volume backs up the reputation: 4.9 stars across 572 Google ratings, plus an A+, accredited standing with the Better Business Bureau. In the last six months, reviewers described full-house jobs finished fast — 25 windows in two days, 23 windows in a single day with the siding crew following behind — along with sliding-door reframes, storm-door swaps, and single-pane glass repairs, with no negative reviews logged in that stretch. Several mention getting exactly the work quoted at a competitive price with no push toward extras they didn't need. One customer whose window started fogging more than a decade after installation called and got it replaced at no cost within a couple of weeks. It hasn't gone perfectly for everyone. One recent reviewer's replacement window arrived damaged, and the last window in that order took six weeks to show up; the same job left construction debris in the customer's trash and recycling instead of being hauled away, and it only got cleaned up after the homeowner pushed for a return visit. Worth asking upfront how backordered or custom pieces get handled and who's responsible for job-site cleanup. For a straightforward window or door swap, from a single storm door to a whole-house reglazing, the pattern in the reviews is a crew that measures carefully, shows up when promised, and finishes quickly. Just pin down the timeline on anything special-order before signing.

I called Quality Window and Door Inc., a locally owned business in Weymouth, MA., after returning home to Colorado asking for their help fixing a storm door at my mom’s house in Weymouth. I was there for a couple of days to get the house ready for its upcoming sale. The door was jammed shut. I was unable to open it. Paul Kilrow did not know me but he wanted to help me. Within 24 hours of leaving a voicemail explaining I needed to get this fixed quickly, he offered to swing by the property and check it out. Not only did he check it out, it’s fixed! He sent me photos of a working door; all it needed was a few adjustments and his time and trouble he offered as goodwill! It is heartwarming to know there are truly good people in this world who care to offer their services and go above and beyond! I highly recommend this company!

Our new windows look great and are easy to use. One arrived damaged and it took 6 weeks to get the last window. Good quality install. Only issue was debris put into my trash and recycling instead of removal by the company but they returned at my insistence to clean up.
