The name doesn't oversell it: across 426 reviews since 2021, the word that keeps showing up is "quality," whether the job is a single storm door or a full 25-window replacement finished in two days. Quality Window & Door is a family-run Weymouth outfit — Paul, his son, and a small crew handle everything from the first consultation to the install — and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. It's also a BBB accredited business with an A+ grade. The track record backs it up: 4.9 stars from 572 Google ratings, and the last six months alone brought 38 reviews with zero negative ones. The recurring themes are speed and cleanup — 23 windows done in a day, 25 windows in two days with a separate siding crew brought in for a longer job, and customers repeatedly noting the crew hauled away debris and left the site clean. One homeowner who replaced 14 original 1930s windows two years ago reported a significant drop in heating and cooling bills afterward. Warranty follow-through comes up often too: several customers describe Paul returning years after the original install — in one case over 15 years later — to fix a fogged or defective window at no charge. Two things are worth knowing before calling. A 2024 review broke sharply from the pattern, describing the crew as rude and demeaning toward women — a serious complaint against an otherwise clean record. And a 2026 review flagged a window that arrived damaged, a six-week wait for the last piece, and debris left in the trash and recycling that the company only cleared up after being asked to come back. For a full house of window or door replacements, this is the kind of shop customers keep coming back to — one reviewer mentioned using them for close to 30 years across different homes. Worth confirming lead times up front given the reported wait on custom orders, and asking how debris removal will be handled.
Paul ordered and visited onsite and swapped an upper sash in my older Harvey window.
Quality Window and Door provided excellent services replacing my windows. They were informative and worked extremely efficiently!
Most definitely recommend! Great team to work with. Wonderful new windows and fast installation. Thank you!
I called Quality Window and Door Inc., a locally owned business in Weymouth, MA., after returning home to Colorado asking for their help fixing a storm door at my mom’s house in Weymouth. I was there for a couple of days to get the house ready for its upcoming sale. The door was jammed shut. I was unable to open it. Paul Kilrow did not know me but he wanted to help me. Within 24 hours of leaving a voicemail explaining I needed to get this fixed quickly, he offered to swing by the property and check it out. Not only did he check it out, it’s fixed! He sent me photos of a working door; all it needed was a few adjustments and his time and trouble he offered as goodwill! It is heartwarming to know there are truly good people in this world who care to offer their services and go above and beyond! I highly recommend this company!
Our new windows look great and are easy to use. One arrived damaged and it took 6 weeks to get the last window. Good quality install. Only issue was debris put into my trash and recycling instead of removal by the company but they returned at my insistence to clean up.
